On December 8 (Saturday), head on over to the Annual Writers Night at the Teatro Hermogenes Ylagan, Faculty Center (Bulwagang Rizal), University of the Philippines Diliman. Get to rub elbows with the literary giants of the Philippines including National Artists Virgilio Almario, F. Sionil Jose, and Bienvenido Lumbera.
Show starts at 6 pm. Entrance is FREE. Booze is FREE!
Aside from poetry performances and band performances, there will also be a fashion show called Strip for a Night: A Night of Poetic Fashion where representatives of organizations from the College of Arts and Letters will model their latest clothing designs inspired by the idea of breaking away from stereotypes.
